We bought the ProHeat 2x about two years ago and cleaned the carpets twice. Following first clean we sent it back because it was not sucking up the water from the carpet. After that, I had to dismantle the boiler because it scaled up. It has now decided to stop picking up water again, only this time it is out of guarantee and we are now deciding that iur only option is to dump it. Most expensive piece of junk I have ever bought.
